Intenseloop Ltd. grants you an on-going, non-exclusive license to use Chatness Platform.

The license grants permission to one individual (the Licensee) to have access and deploy the Chatness Platform on Google Cloud.

You're subjected to Google Cloud's terms of service and privacy policy.

You can:

• Deploy Chatness Platform on your own Google Account.
• Embed Chatness Widgets on any domains you have.
• Run the admin panel on your own domain.

You cannot:

• Resell your license to anyone else.
• Deploy Chatness Platform on a domain that is not owned by you.
• Embed Chatness Widgets on a domain that is not owned by you.
• Run the admin panel on a domain that is not owned by you.

Examples of usage not allowed:

• Purchasing a license for one domain and then using it for another or multiple domains. Each domain needs their own license.
• Purchasing a license and then selling it to someone else.
• Purchasing a license and then using it for a domain that is not owned by you.
• In simple terms, use Chatness for anything you like as long as it belongs to you.

Refund policy

• We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for the Growth subscription but at our discrete.
• After the 14-day period, you can cancel the subscription but there will not be a pro rata refund.
• We don't offer refunds for the Chatness Pro purchases.

Enforcement

If you are found to be in violation of the license, access to deploy Chatness instances will be revoked, and a refund may or not be issued at our discretion. When license violation is blatant and malicious (such as intentionally redistributing Chatness through private channels), no refund will be issued.

The copyright of the Chatness Platform is owned by Intenseloop Ltd. You are granted only the permissions described in this license; all other rights are reserved. Intenseloop Ltd. reserves the right to pursue legal remedies for any unauthorized use of Chatness Platform outside the scope of this license.

Liability Intenseloop Ltd.’s liability to you for costs, damages, or other losses arising from your use of Chatness Platform — including third-party claims against you — is limited to a refund of your license fee. Intenseloop Ltd. may not be held liable for any consequential damages related to your use of Chatness Platform.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Province of Vitória and the applicable laws of Brazil. Legal proceedings related to this Agreement may only be brought in the courts of Vitória. You agree to service of process at the e-mail address on your original order.
